Best place to buy helium balloons? (just the balloons)

I have a can of helium but the balloons supplied with it are regular thin ones and the helium leaks out too quickly

Are pearlised ones better? I assume foil are the best

Any suggestions where to buy?

Matalan do party stuff now, and I have seen helium balloons in asda and tesco.

foil are the longest lasting for sure, but latex are also great for events
