DS is having his birthday party at a playcenter this weekend. Will be a mix of 4 year olds and younger toddlers/babies. I am really not into party games so have planned on a bit of pass the parcel, then mainly just music with a bubble machine and balloons to kick about etc.

I was thinking I could also set up a craft activity especially for the girls)....has anyone done something like - paint a tshirt? Did you have to use fabric paint? Seems v expensive. Would normal finger paint work??

Thanks...!

Hi WaitingforVino - You certainly sound like youÂ?ve got your hands full with your DSÂ? party. I found this website recently that you might be interested in, they stock fabric paints and little t-shirts etc. Everything you need for some crafty activities.

Hope this helps. Amy x

you could pre cut some masks or hats from card and let them colour/glitter them.
yellow moon is a good site for make and do ideas.

waitingforvino I think greenfanta's suggestion was good, but to be honest, a bunch of 4 year olds will probably be happy enough with a few games, pass the parcel, musical bumps and a dancing competition. By the time you have had a bit of food and blown out the candles on the cake I think they will have had enough?
We went to a party on weekend with my 3 and 4 year old, it was 2 hours and as I described and by the end all the kids were starting to get a bit restless so was just the right time to send them all home!
Good luck!!!
