Ideas for 5 yo Disco party

Can anyone help me with some ideas for a Disco party for my DS who will be 5. We have hired the Village Hall and were going to have a bouncy castle, but I can only find ones that are big enough for 12 kids, and with 30 coming I don't think this is going to work. How do you limit numbers of excitable 4/5yo's? So now I'm thinking, music, lights, and games I guess.
I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money, so any budget decoration ideas gratefully received, as are ideas for games and entertainment.
Thanks

Bubble machines always seem to be a hit - don't know if you can hire them.

Could have a fancy dress theme.

Have lots of party games and prizes lined up and do you know any teenage girls who'd come along and lead the "action" dances - Macarena etc?

For food, we discovered our local chippy does kids' nuggets and chips for £1 - didn't cost much more than catering ourselves.

Lots and lots of balloons sitting around (they don't need to be helium-filled), they seem to be child magnets and they hare about bouncing them and throwing them about. Seems to keep them very entertained.

Also have some dance games lined up, anything from musical statues to some mini dance competitions (to different styles or music).
