My friend's little boy is going to be 1 soon but his birthday is a real celebration because he was born at 30 weeks and I want to get him something really special. What do you think of the following gifts?

Someone gave my DS a piggy bank for his first birthday- he loves it now he is 25 mo and she often gives him an envelope of small change to put in it which gives him a thrill!

His uncle also dedicated a star to him for his first birthday, which made me cry!
