krispy kreme donut party?

i heard someone had a 3 yo's party there. anyone done this? can't see anything about it on their website...

DD1 has been to one, it was a 4th, not sure if I'd do a 3rd there though - they eat lots of donuts, decorated one, had a tour of the kitchens, did some colouring I think.

No proper food, which doesn't really matter if you do it at the right time (think the one dd went to was 10 - 1130).

omg there's no way i'd send ds1 to one. he'd be climbing the walls! lol

i however, would love to go to one. i sometimes send dp out to the tesco far away to bring me back krispy kremes mmmmmm

LOL TIY. Actually dd1 only eat about 1 bite of a donut and declared she didn't like it but still seemed to enjoy it.

DONT HAVE YOUR KIDS PARTY at the Enfield one - You'll get a parking fine

My daughter had her party here - It lasts for 90mins. We stayed for a total of 116mins, to meet and greet parents, etc.. But have just received a £100 'Parking Charge Notice' from MET, because they only allow 90mins of free parking.

So Krispy Kreme - why put on kids parties for 90mins - but then only allow 90mins free parking, A very underhand con.

Apparently its private land, and I have 14 days to pay, presumably MET Parking are working on behalf of or in tandem with Krispy Kreme. The free parking apparently allowed is for 90mins only, go beyond that and you'll be charged £100. No ticket - just a letter through the door.

I hope you contested that parking charge! You don't have to pay it. The only way they could make you pay is to take you to civil court. Krispy Kreme would have the authority to tell them to drop the charge and I doubt any court would make you pay given the circumstance. BUT so glad you brought this up as I found this thread because I am thinking of having a party at the Enfield Krispy Kreme. Was the party good other than the parking problem? I've seen people in there having parties but never been to one or hung around to see what actually happens. Is it a good party for about 15 - 20 6 year olds?
