Cooking reheating freezing!!

Was going to make a beef bourginoun tomorrow to reheat on Sunday for lunch. ( 25 coming yikes!)..Would have loved to make it today as i have more time but am I a day too early? Would then have 3 overnight in fridge...might go a bit dodgy? I know I could always freeze it tonight then take out Sat night??
Any thoughts oh wonderful mumsnetters??? TIA

I would make it today and freeze it until sat.

The flavour will be so much better as well.
