I can try to copy my playlists onto a CD for you if you like. CAT me if you are interested

Try Spotify. It's like itunes but completely free, and legal! U just have to play it via ur computer. Loads of songs availabe and you can make playlists. It's amazing!
They also have party albums on there so you wouldn't need to apend time making up your own, just search on "party".

When we had our party I was v. nervous about people enjoying themselves. I was advised to put a spot of tequila in with some cava or champagne or prosecco etc

Well I did this and it was a fab party - there was no awkward moments - people unwound really quickly and just enjoyed the party.
