DS is having an end of term party fo 5 children from his class..

I'm looking for Mumsnet's permission to sereve them Coke and Tango - or should I stick to organic apple juice which I've always sereved at children's parties.

And I'm also told (by an eye rolling DS) that I don't need to organise activities. A bouncy castle and a play station will be perfectly sufficient, thankyou.

Are they just going to trash my house and garden?

Childrens parties are not the time to worry about nutrition. If he wants a bouncy castle and a play station you can't go far wrong. Yes..they will fling themselves around like loons but on a bouncy castle should be well directed...ditto play station...serve hot dogs and coke and chocolate cake. Enjoy...they will

Sounds like my DS2's sort of party!
It is always a treat for him to have coke etc because i don't buy any fizzy.

I wouldn't have a problem with my 10.7 yo DD1 being offered Coke or lemonade at a birthday bash. It's a treat for her. Mind you I would hope for plenty of water or dilute juice on offer to counteract the thirst from all that bouncing!

Have fun
