Pin the [something] on the [something else]...?

Dd is having an under the sea party. I thought we'd play pin the tail on the donkey, but make it pin the tail on the mermaid, or pin the tentacle on the octopus or something like that.

Now I've had an idea that when they arrive, they could spend 5 minutes colouring in their own [something] and then we could play pin the [something] on the [something else] but I'm lacking inspiration.

What would you do?

I always get guests to make something aas they arrive - sometimes a badge with their name in if I don't know them all - they decorate it with stickers etc.

Trying to rack my brains as to what we did when DS2 had his under the sea party.... I know we did Pin the Tail on the Whale

How about crowns? - always v popular round here!

If it's non-competitive pinning, you could have an underwater scene (blue paper sea , yellow sandy bottom plus some seaweed) and make a giant underwater picture?

How old is your DD? Print out some creatures for them to colour & cut out?

I made a big Spongebob for my DSs party and then a nose to pin on.

It went down a storm. And he does live under the sea!

My DD had a mermaid party at 3. Here's some things we did:

Pin the leg on the octopus.

Decorate fish (cut out of card stock or cardboard, even old cereal boxes) with glitter glue. Tape to a lolly stick and make them'swim'.

Big bowl or tray or plastic tub filled with sand. Mix in marbles to look for mermaid pearls.
