How far ahead do theatres plan their events ?

Sorry didn't know where else to post this.
DD1 had a limo to take her and 4 friends to HSM at the theatre and I want to do something similar for DD2, just wondering when it would be announced as we didn't get great seats last time even though I booked 6 months in advance.

what do you mean? when would what be announced?

Our theatre has a diary of shows upto 3 months in advance

A programme can be planned anything up to a year in advance and no less than 3.
Give the venue a call if unsure, they'd be happy to help.

I know whats on at our main theatre until december. Nearly booked HSM tickets for aug and would have had front row seats last week.
