What would you do for nursery?

DS is 2 soon - should I buy anything to take in?

they usually have a policy on bringing in food from outside

ours doesn't allow it, but they will bake a cake on site for a nominal fee

ours is fine about people bringing in things from home for birthdays.

Or the other thing is to take a bag of fun-size Smartie boxes or similar (providing you don't mind that there's then always some killjoy who objects to tiny Algernon's diet being sullied by sweets without their express written permission in triplicate).
