Party for one - sad or mad or OK

Does anyone else have parties for one when DH away? Tonight I have a bottle of rose and 70s music (loud) on the MP3 - Blondie, Dr Hook, The only ones, the Buggles It's late and need to be up early tomorrow but I'm having fun am I sad? DS sleeps through loud music!

It's OK to do this but do you not have a girlie friend to come and party with you?

I've just got a gripe with one at the moment who is 'to busy' to come see me and DS but her Facebook status says different

When I made a jokey comment on her page about sparing a few hours for me and DS she text me a message saying the original message wasn't for my benefit!!

So I've got the hump

Ha - I know - I have a friend who removed a comment I wrote on her wall as not cool enough so share your annoyance! (altho would never admit this )

Tsk. Bloody hate the site. I vowed I'd never go on it, got a computer 6 weeks ago and joined within a week.

Wrote on my blokes wall tonight that I was leaving fb, we both hate it so are doing a final sweary rant to our 'friends' before we hit the deregister button. Like Thelma & Louise in some ways!!

(that little rant there was aimed at my friend BTW! As in, if she says she has no time for me I will know thats lies cos of fb!!)
