Fancy dress ideas?

DD has to go to a party as her favourite character. Don't want to buy any expensive dress up outfit but want something passable.

She likes Little Princess, Mini MOuse, Tweenies and Peppa Pig.

The last 2 might be a bridge too far but any ideas for the first 2 or anything else?

Ooh, little princess would be easy, an old white pillow case made into a nighty, a crown made of yellow card and a brown teddy to hold.
