entertainer in SW London?

Can anyone recommend a 'princess/fairy' type entertainer for a 4 year olds birthday in SW London area - preferably not as expensive as some seem to be!!

Perform do princess parties, not cheap though and probably wasted on 4 year olds!

could you just decorate the room a bit, tell the children to wear princess/fairy dresses, do pink food, make crowns during the party etc...
