Tyring to think of ideas for a joint 2 yo birthday party (mixed). Will need to be at a venue due to numbers, any ideas as I have no imagination today! tia

We have a company local to us called Scallywags (which is a bit like Tumble Tots) and they do parties at the weekends. I have used them for both of my children for their second birthdays and it worked out brilliantly. Maybe you have a Tumble Tots franchise near you that would do the same thing?

That's a great idea, ds already goes to T Tots - I had no idea they did parties! Thanks

If yo are hiring a hall each of those that are sharing the party coud take some of their larger toys along, eg mini trampoline, trikes, pop up tents and tunnels etc. and just let the little ones play. Music and a bubble machine and you are sorted.

Good thinking, thanks!

I found a great place to hire a ball pit, one of those inflatable maze things and a little bouncy castle for DS's 3rd birthday.

A few large static toys (not bikes etc - it would be mayhem), loads of balloons and some music would be fine

(beware bubble machines and hard floors - you will have a skating rink and a lot of bumped heads )

Thanks, I don't think you need to go too mad (cost or effort wise) at this age!
