Wedding Invites, something special/different help???

i need to sort this now, only 5m til the big day!!!

i have had a few samples through but they are nothing special. i love cards and invitations and always take time in choosing special ones. therefore want my wedding day ones to be just right.

anyone recommend any sites, im so tired of looking and being disappointed.

Do not have an endless budget for this, hoping for under £200, is that realistic for about 40 day and 40 night invites?

sorry if you think this is naff - but here goes: for mine I made invites with little pictures of me and dh when we were each about 1 year old on the front (handmade paper, ripped edges to photos, blah blah) then printed the inserts for the insides

Dropdeadfred · 21/02/2009 21:35

what style are you looking for?

gigglewitch · 21/02/2009 21:35

do you have time to make some? or post on the crafts board here and see if any helpful ladies will conjure up the invite of your dreams?
possibilities are endless, if so

nicolamumof3 · 21/02/2009 21:37

I made sil's - 100 invitations for about £15 plus printing ink. If you want something different and special that is probably the way forward.

gigglewitch · 21/02/2009 21:37

photobox is he only company that I've used for this sort of thing so it's the only one I'm able to recommend

janeite · 21/02/2009 21:37

We used [www.vistaprint.co.uk vistaprint] for DD baptism invites and thank you cards. Friends also used them for their Wedding invites. They are quite cheap to but very good quality - we ordered invites and paid a little extra for matching enelopes too.

oopsRonanOGarascoconuts · 21/02/2009 21:50

or even vistaprint

nicolamumof3 · 21/02/2009 21:57

Just a word of warning if you go with Vistaprint and order online.

Their stuff is good, but they have some kind of 'Premier Club' which you can unwittingly sign up to during the check out process, which ends up in £10/month being deducted from your bank account.

Don't mean to be killjoy, as their prices are cheap and nice products, but don't want your invites to cost you that much!

nicolamumof3 · 21/02/2009 22:28

Thanks will take a look!
