High School Musical themed party For 6 Yr Old, What Games?

Hi everyone My niece is having a High School Musical 3 themed party on saturday.
All the kids are coming in there high school musical gear (or red and white clothes) we have about 15-20 coming and party is 3 hours in her house.

Party is from 3:30, we have 2 rooms to use (garden is out of bounds as its probably wet & cold on saturday)

What games to play, what can we do with the kids?

We have a face painter coming (just to do a few hearts and stars etc on the girls faces)

We also agreed to do pom pom making for those children with out them.

I cant think of any party games, other than
Pass the parcel, Musical Statues/chairs.

What else??? Any suggestions would be HUGELY Appretiated...

I just went and say HSM 3 so I am in the right frame of mind.
How about pin the basketball on Troy Bolton
Put on the movie/music and let them dance to it. Prizes for the best cheerleading routine.
Get some red and white cardboard and they can all make some eat high wildcat pennents. Good for an end of party activity sdo they arent hyper at the end.

Want to do a rough rota by tommorow night!

4 corners, play music and when it stops they need to run to a corner (put hsm faces for corners( someone shouts name and keep going until there is a winner.

my dd )was 6)had this last year and the girls loved it. Took about 15 mins to finish depending on numbers/bordom.

have that on the list,, good idea about tying it in with high school musical, i wa just gunna do colours, but now im off to print some faces from hsm lol

Duh sorry - we've a party v soon - please explain the 4 corners one again - slowly!

1. you place item in each corner, peace doing HSM faces.
2. play music and kids dance. when music stops shout pick a corner.
3. you then look away and shout out one corner say Gabriella and whoever is in that corner is out.

and so on until there is only 1 winner (may need a bit of help towards the end or can go on for ages)

how about print off one/two/three pictures(depending on numbers/ages of guests) and make it into a jigsaw,give a peice of jigsaw to each guest and the first team to complete their jigsaw is the winner...

Just a quick report back of the party
We had 21 children in the end, all dressed in hsm /red & white, decorated whole house red and white, big banner outside,

Nothing went to plan as far as games went, kids were pretty much dancing about and singing kareoke. Had to double up parcels on pass the parcel as the circle was so big.

Played musical statues a dozen times

And than a dancing competition.

Didn;t get to play much else as the kids were over excited about getting the face paints done =)

But overall a good party but needed more organisation to fit all the games in.
