would you use a wedding car (Jag) that was British Racing Green, (really dark-almost black) or is green a no-no?

Its not traditional. But you dont have to be traditional you can use whatever you like

TheFallenMadonna · 23/10/2008 19:10

Of course. I like BRG. Why not?

I had a black jag for mine. Friends car. I wasn't really bothered about what colour it was though. Just happy to ride in nice car around Sydney Harbour!

Racing green would look fab as a back drop to a white/ cream wedding dress.

I had a burgandy car (of some kind) looked great with my burgandy and ivory dress.

Yes

I used BIL's dads navy saab

Was fine and looked amazing in the pictures(I had navy embroidery on my gunmetal coloured dress athough tbh that as coinidental)

barbaracartland · 23/10/2008 20:13

most cars out there seem to be white, blue or silver, so I wondered if people didn't like green.

Skramble you are right about the backdrop to a white dress- hadn't thought of that
