Should I buy a 'present' for older kids coming to DS's 1st birthday party?

DS's 1st party is next week and his cousins are coming, 2 are babies and 2 are older, age 5 & 7. I have no idea of kids party etiquette (& I might add DS's 'party' isn't really a party, just a get together for family and a few friends) so what should we do re the older kids? Should they get something to take away with them? (ie more than a bit of cake and some sweets).

Help!

A partybag, consists of cake, a balloon a pencil with a rubber on the top and maybe 1 other 50p toy and a handful of sweets. That is the max. Go to the pound shop.
