Try asda, they've got lots of their 2 for £8 deals at mo. Then that's the next present sorted too... for less than a fiver!

Bug collecting kit in Waitrose - £2.99 It is fab. Has a cool insect viewing box with 3 smaller magnified sections, a couple of other puts, magnifying glass, net, tweezers, etc. One of the collecting pots has a little maze inside it for ants and woodlice, etc. I have bought one to go with some other stuff for a family friend, but I reckon the kit on its own looks like a good present, and de worh more than the £2.99.
