Thinking of biting the bullet and doing this party this year- partly to avoid trick or treating! Our house isn't that big so big party games are out, and we were thinking possibly a max of 8 DCs. Can you come up with ideas for a film we could stick on the TV for a bit of the entertainment? Something that isn't likely to terrify a 7 to 8 year old boy? So 'fun' rather than gross?!

We have done a family party/dvd for halloween the past 3 years, so since DS was 7, we've so far had: 8 legged freaks, Ghostbusters and Beetleguise. He was fine with them all as they aren't too scarey and are quite funny.

Monster House is perfect for Halloween, love Beetlejuice too but think it's a 15 rating so not all parents might be happy with it.

nightmare on elm street?
saw?

ChopsTheDuck · 24/09/2008 14:29

mine love grremlins. It is a 15 here though. I don't personally think it needs to be and it is a PG in America and canada.
