The restaurant at The Ivory Rooms, Billericay is fab

We went for our anniversary, purely because it's one of a very few restaurants we can walk home from (if I take a big bag with my trainers in ) We had a really lovely time, lovely food, music, surroundings and service. Quite expensive (we spent c. £100, but that did include a lot to drink )and I'd rather do that a couple of times a year than Pizza Hut once a month TBH. Anyway, just thought I'd share, if anyone's local. Credit where credit's due and all that.

Yhanks - I don't drive past thar way very often. I went to school there when it was Billericay County Primary School. I have been to the restuarant in the past and sat in my old classroom for the meal! Bizarre
