Ideas for a 40th birthday present?

Am completely stumped, beyond the hackneyed bottle of nice champagne. She's quite comfortably off financially, so pampering treats might not be quite the special thing for her as they might be for someone else (like me!)
Please help.

Don't know where you are, but I have bought Restaurant Vouchers before as a wedding present and they were really appreciated.
Not sure what your budget is, but could even club together with friends to get these?
