seeking advice - Birthday party at Billy Bob's Myerscough

Does anyone have experience with organising birthday parties in Billy Bob's Myerscough?

Their website mentions that a maximum of 20 kids can attend the party, and we have 22 confirmed children—all of the people we invited accepted the invitation!

I am not sure what to do now. I can't uninvite people, and I am nervous that the restaurant will cause trouble. I have to confirm the numbers today, and I don't know what to tell them!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Guarantee someone will drop out on the day to solve the problem. If not you have a quiet word with staff on arrival and say “goodness we seem to have an extra 2 children, can I make payment for them now?”

I drove past there the other day-
its a big enough place! I’m sure they won’t turn a party of that size down, for the sake of 2
more children (unless it’s an insurance issue?) Or do as PP says?
