HELP - IDEAS FOR GOING AWAY GIFT

Hi - we're relocating to a new area in July & I'm planning a leaving party for children 4 & 7. Want to give gift to each of their friends as reminder of my children but am short of ideas & don't have bags of cash to spend. Thought about decorating plates - can anyone suggest anything else. Don't want to give party bag full of cheap bits - prefer one significant item....

How about a photo of your children in a frame for each child?, maybe with your new address on so they can keep in touch?

i bought cheap unbleached cotton bags and fabric crayons for my kids once....they loved them! i think you iron them to fix the design....your kids could do them as gifts, or each child could do their own at the party....

when a little girl left my ds class, her mum had done lovely little labels with her new address on them, and laminated them to keep.....maybe you could do that and add a piccie of your kids on the back?
