It was my Grandad's surprise 90th birthday celebration with all his family and friends, but I wasn't feeling great and wasn't sure if I could make it, so I was planning on going to see him on his own instead if I didn't go. My sister was pleading with me to go and said how lovely the photos are that were displayed, but when I got there for about the last hour or so, it turned out there wasn't a single one of me. I know it's a bit trivial, but I feel put out, as he is my Grandad after all, and there was one of her sat on his knee, and ones of everyone else. I can't believe my Mum let it slip too, as they both organised it. I haven't said anything to her or my Mum even about it, but I probably should call them out.

Outrageous! You should definitely make this about you and complain.

Any chance you made them all ill as preemptive revenge?

Does it really matter if there was or wasn’t a photo of you displayed? The main thing is your grandad enjoyed his party, and although you weren’t able to help organise it, you managed to go for an hour and celebrate with him.
There’s no need to call anyone out about it. Just be happy for your grandad.
