Party ideas

DD will be 11 in a couple of weeks. All parties have been done to death - ice skating, discos, murder mystery, trips to pantomimes etc. Any ideas, anyone? Fancy something like a make-up party - anyone know if something like that's available in Birmingham area? HELP!!!

Lo Bungo - I'm in Birmingham too! Am just beginning to plan a Lemony Snicket party for my to be 10 yr old daughter! There's a shop called Girl Heaven in the Bullring - I wonder if they'd be able to do anything for you? Or maybe a mall party like they do in America where they get clues to go to various places in a shopping centre (accompanied by an adult) and buy ingredients which are then used back at home, in this case glittery nail varnish etc.
