Diggerland Any Good?

Afternoon! My DS turns 2 at the end of October and I was thinking of taking him to Diggerland Kent for the day to celebrate (just our DS, my partner, and me). Has anyone been and can let me know if it'd be fun for a newly turned 2 year old? On their website it says it's aimed from 4 years old, but says it's fun for all ages. It does also mention 'Children under 100cm are free to enter but may have limited access to certain attractions.'.

If it wouldn't be great for this age, does anyone have any other recommendations for a day out to celebrate (no farms)? We live in Eastbourne🙏

Thanks very much ladies!

No experience of Diggerland sorry. My DS enjoyed Thomasland at that age but that sounds very far from where you live.

We did it for birthdays at 3 and 4 years. Ds loved it. Check the website r.e. the height restrictions, different rides have different heights. I think it's probably not worth it unless they are over 90cms.

The point of it is to operate the machinery itself really and he obviously won't do that.

He probably can ride on a few things that are driven by you. I'd say not enough to make it worthwhile for the cost at 2yo.

I have been there twice with my DS 3 year old. It's a lot of fun. Obvs you'd be operating the machinery but your DC would be happy just sitting in it and holding controls with you.
