Looking for some suggestions, our sons 3rd birthday is coming up and we want to hire a hall and have kids entertainment but struggling to find the right style for 3 year old. We have done a soft play party for his 2nd birthday so want to do something different. What have others done for a 3rd birthday? I keep coming across magicians and discos but not sure if expecting 3 year old to watch a magician is expecting too much?! Thanks in advance for any replies.

Why can’t you have soft play again? I doubt the child of their friends will care if it’s a repeat of last year..

Bouncy castle?

Face painting always goes down well

We are thinking of soft play and bouncy castle so slightly different from previous, we just wanted to do something different for him. Have found a hot wheels car track that does parties but not all the kids going would enjoy it although the birthday boy would absolutely love it. Just hard trying to decide what’s best when you have an age range to consider. Thanks for the replies, maybe we’ll try a magician next year.

If your DS will enjoy it I’d go for it. It’s his party.

Bouncy castles are great for 3 year olds or try an entertainer specialising in pre school age. Eg some entertainers do sessions at nurseries every year.

We did old macdonalds farm just off M25. We are in north London.
