hi I am doing a fund raising party and am making cookies for the children to decorate. I have got an aladins lamp and an asian elephant cookie cutter from Splat but I need more.

Does anyone know where I can buy on-line cookie cutters with an Indian/chinese/arabic theme?

Also, bearing in mind the party is on a Saturday, how far in advance can I make the cookies?

How about some square/star/octagon cookies that the kids decorate with geometric patterns? I lived in the middle east for 16 years and can't think of any other specifically arabic patterns or shapes. They go in for a lot of geometric patterns though.

You can make the dough tomorrow if you like, It will keep in the fridge. I'd bake them on friday at the earliest though so they don't go soggy.

Thanks - the party isn't this Saturday but I'll bear in mind not to bake until the Friday before. Good idea to make the dough a couple of days before too.
