80s party - what colours for decorating?

I know I should know because I was there, but what colours do you think of as 80s for balloons/ table coverings etc? How about black, magenta and silver? It's for a summer party for (mainly) adults.

Red, black and white

Paint splashes were really in in the 80's too, and neon colours.

silver is good too tho.

Bright Pink & turquoise

Primary colours and grey

pale yellow and grey.

Actually, think I had a Fiorucci tshirt with neon splashes on. Had conveniently forgotten about that....
Thank you - will probably go for something bright, maybe turquoise magenta and silver as I don't want to depress guests!! We'll get some citrus neon in there somewhere though. I can recycle some of the silver decorations from last year's 70s party.

yes red black and white with some silver
