Party for 11 year old

I’d like to do a party for my DS with his friends. There would be about 15 of them in total. There are a few options of what he could do eg football party, trampolining party, laser tag, swimming party with big inflatables. Lots of fun things he can do with his friends.

Is he too old for a birthday party or is 11 still ok? He wants a party and I’m more than happy to do one for him, so shall I just do it?

Ah good. I thought it would be! Did you do a birthday party for your DS?

I know at this age a lot of them tend to do a sleepover party with a few of their friends, but at the moment a venue party is a better option and he’s fine with it.

@funinthesun19 Sorry, I didn't see your reply.

My DS's has always been a bit awkward as it's in summer hols and people are away. So this year he chose an activity with two friends and a sleepover, however a couple of his friends, turning 12 have had parties this year. We have one coming up for paintballing. They all still love getting together and just having fun.

Go for it.

Definitely! My 14yo DD has just had a party - we booked a karaoke room for her and 5 friends. They loved it!

This age group really like sleepovers. If you're brave enough to host it - it'll be the best party ever! Some of my clients do the tea party in the day and then just keep one friend for a sleepover. That way you get the most of both worlds:) If you're local to Shropshire, please check my website (https://ticklemyparty.com/) if not, just google "teepee sleepover near me" and a local supplier will pop up:) Good luck, x
