40th party bags

I'm having a weekend away with some friends in a nice hotel to celebrate my 40th. I want to make them each up a "party/thank you" bag. Any ideas what I could put in them? So far I'm thinking a nice wine or gin glass (maybe personalised), mini bottle of wine/gin. Nice chocolate or sweets. Any other ideas?

Nice hotel and adult gift bags with mini bottles and personalised glasses don't sound like the same crowd of people.

Nice idea, I’ve done this on spa weekends away with girlfriends, but maybe stick to consumables like mini bottles gin/ready mixed cocktails, fancy chocolates and sweets.

I also would think again. Buy some lovely cocktails to drink together. Buy dinner. Write a heartfelt thank you note after. Sorry to be miserable but anything other than a mini bottle or chocs (ie tat) would just go in the bin. Spend your money on your friends while you are with them.

I would love to get a party bag for coming to someone's birthday!
My suggestions, entirely based on my own likes,
Small bottle of wine or small gin
Chocolates
Voucher for coffee shop (Starbucks, Costa, etc)
Handbag-size moisturiser or other mini pampering toiletries
Small candle

Personally I wouldn't want a glass because I already have a cupboard full of them!

Something personalised to you would be nice, to tie it in to your party. I wonder if you could get wine bottle labels printed with your name/birthday/that sort of thing.

For those that have said don't bother, I'm not talking tat I'm talking quality gifts.
