Public liability insurance

So...I decided on hiring a hall for my child's 6th birthday. First ever big birthday party, so will be hiring a magician / entertainer for the event.
Then there's this clause in the hall hire form that says 'hirer must arrange public liability insurance' to cover all their activities in the hall'.
Had anyone had this before and can recommend a reasonably priced insurer? Or is it sufficient with the entertainer's public liability insurance?
Thank you!

I think that’s just for if you’re organising a public event. A birthday party is a private event. But the entertainer should have public liability insurance anyway.
