Got the neighbours coming on Friday for an Easter egg hunt and a brunch. What would you recommend I make please?

It is at 11am so a cross between breakfast and lunch and nothing too taxing please.

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs?
Hot cross buns.

Bear in mind that a lot of people don't eat meat on Good Friday.

bagels and smoked salmon, warm filled croissants (ham, cheese etc) lots of fizz/bloody marys.

wow jicky, can I come to yours! That sounds yummy.

Its going to be cold on Friday so chilli and jacket potatoes?

Well it is a brunch so half breakie half lunhc. Have got croissants, bagels, smoked salmon and eggs to scramble. Have got juice and smoothies too so we are along the same lines. Great. Just hope it doesn't rain on the eggs!

cheese and ham in croissants then warmed through so cheese melts is gorgeous. Bucks Fizz perhaps?
