I’m throwing my son his first party on 5 august. He will be four so last one before he starts school with his nursery friends. He’s attended nursery since he was 9 months so knows all the kids but I only know a couple of the mums.
I sent the invitations out a week ago to 25 kids - his whole class - and haven’t had one reply. Is this a sign I should cancel now or is it likely people will RSVP nearer the time? For background DS has attended 6 nursery parties this school year and been invited to two more he couldn’t make but I always RSVP the day o receive the invite. I don’t think there are any issues with my son - he’s got a group of close best friends but also plays with everyone including the girls and is very popular always has kids running up to him when we go in. My other DD is 2 so haven’t experienced party etiquette yet!
