Depending on her hobbies could be programs that she would find fun, like an animated collage maker or a software where she could create a video with voice over (my friend's DD is 14 and she has a Youtube channel about books and book characters and she does videos like that all the time).
There are also simple photo editors with fun tools, like the one that can make a picture look like a polaroid or the one that adds makeup to photos.

In general I'd go for experience gifts also, like tickets to a show she would love to attend or certificates to classes that would interest her (like a pottery or a dance class etc)

She loves to shop now too so am telling family to get her vouchers for her favourite shops - new one for this year! 🛍️

She loves making things on Procreate and spends her pocket money on apps - will have a look at those thank you!
