Had a look in high street today and thought would just find an outfit but they are all just superheros (which he loves) and disney, no animals!

Any ideas, baring in mind I am the most uncreative person I know who cannot stick / sew / paint !!!!!

Any ideas of a shop I could pop to in the morning - do you know if Sainsburys or Adsa have animal outfits.

A friend has an elephant mask or tiger mask I could borrow. I see this is the start of me struggling for many a school dressing up thing - I'm hopeless when it comes to all things practical!

help please! (could he wear his spiderman costume?)

If he wants to wear the spiderman, I'd let him. You can always blame a stuborn 3 yo. He won't be the only one who hasn't complied exactly with the theme.

Or just put in him whatever grey(ish) clothes he has, with the elephant mask. If you want to look like you've made some effort, you could make a tail by attaching a grey sock to his trousers with a saftey pin.

woolworths might be worth a look as they have a sale rack with left over nativity costumes!

Spider costume or tail for other animal - stuff tights/stockings with scrunched up newspaper and safety pin on!

I agree that if he really wants to go as spiderman, let him and claim it's part insect!

am loving the easy stuffed sock idea - I think even I may be able to manage that. Will make a final decision in the morning!

Thank you!
