My sister I want to make it very special

Would you like a surprise party?
Or would she like a spa day or weekend away with yourself and some close friends? What sort of budget do you have – has she made any comment as to what she would like?

Or if she has young children would a weekend away just her and her DH/DP be special and someone looking after her children be a good gift ?

Subscription to a beauty box set
Something related to her hobbies: maybe a gift card to the store she can get supplies from, or a fancy water bottle/shaker if she's into gym, maybe some software like a video editor or an image editor for pc if she is into photography or films stuff regularly, a good makeup palette if she likes to experiment
Restaurant voucher or a reservation for her and her DP (you can work on that together, maybe plan a small getaway for them)
Spa day certificate or gift card to the nail salon if she likes her nails done

Depends on the budget but I hired a private dining room with afternoon tea for around 20 people.
