40th birthday ideas - London

Hi all!

My DW turned 40 earlier this year, but it coincided with our wedding so I’m hoping to throw her a surprise celebration in London next summer.

I am finding London wedding venues a maze to navigate. Does anyone have any suggestions for somewhere central London that could accommodate around 80 people for canapés / drinks / dancing? My budget is around £10k - £15k ideally.
