In my opinion, no. It's crazy crazy busy there is so little room, and when you're in your seat I don't think there's anywhere to put it unless the stewards can put it somewhere safe for you.

You won't be able to take it into the actual arena, you can't leave it in an aisle because of fire regulations. Maybe you should contact the venue and see if they have a buggy park, but it's unlikely they will.
