Hi my son is going to be 1yr in April looking to hold a b'day party in a hall in Enfield, Middlesex any ideas as to how we can entertain the little ones? Don't think clown, puppet show etc would be very useful to a 1 yr old.

Are they mostly going to be 1?

If so I would just put some toys (trampoline, ride-ones etc) in the hall or maybe a bouncy castle?

Will they mostly be walking or have you got crawlers/sitters? I wouldn't honestly bother with a hall myself, would just invite a few pals to the house, but if having a hall you need to think what the kids can do.

Entertainer, games etc total waste of time. Maybe you could borrow toys/mats from a local playgroup.

Lots of balloons and a bubble machine?

get a big paddling pool and fill it with balls, blow up some balloons, make a cake and hey presto!
