Hi all, having lots of trouble with a hall/field I've Hurd out for this weekend. Long and short of it, was agreed that if it rains I can have the party inside if it's sunny I can have it outside-simple. Meet the hall manager-different story he's opened a complete can of worms, all very ott I feel but there we are.
I've now been told I have to
Look into
Public liability insurance for the bouncy castle which they do of course and now I have to see if I need a music license if outside. The outdoor area is attached to the hall but part of a cricket club and a public space, yesterday he said as it's a public space we can do what we like, today he's staying we have to have insurances and music license. Tried to google the music license but very confusing wondered if anyone knows if I would need one for a child's outdoor party, it'll be 3 hours long and obviously not loud as we'll be playing party games.
Tia hope someone can give me some insight
