DD wants some friends over after school for her 12th birthday. How can I make it special? Any ideas for food, drinks, activities etc? Thanks all

Dancing or singing contests with small prizes (like stickers, chocolates, hair accessories, etc). Guessing games like 2 lies 1 truth about the birthday girl or you can make a slideshow with various birthday songs and let them guess the song.
For the decorations there could be a or a bunch of Birthday picture collages printed out.

No unique ideas about food, really. Are pizza and some desserts delivery an option?

Make a cinema with a projector and white sheet. Buy pizzas and popcorn.
