Travel to party?

Hi, I'm organising a party for my 8yo boy at Easter time. I'm thinking lazer tag or bowling and then mcdonalds or pizza. However, how do I get the kids to the venue? It's just me and dh and ds2, no family support. Venue would be 20mins away on public transport or we have a 7 seater and could offer relay trips. Or can we ask parents to drop off and pick it at venue? Thanks

I would just tell the other parents where it is. You could offer lifts to people you know will find it hardest to get there but at that age parents tend to know one another so can organise lifts.

That said, how will you get them from the laser tag to McDonald's?

Ask parents to drop off, often they will carpool so one takes, another collects.

The venue is centretainment in Sheffield so has a lazertag, cinema, bowling plus various food places all in one place.
Thanks I will just put the venue on the party invites then and offer a lift share where needed. I'm over thinking probably but 8yo has missed 2x proper birthdays because of covid so want him to have a fab time.
