Just wanted to share with everyone a totally useless experience from www.planetballoon.co.uk, recently my son had a joint 4th birthday party with a friend, having looked excitedly at the helium cannister and balloons for weeks beforehand when it got to the actual party we couldn't get it to work at all and the instructions were very vague. We came to the conclusion it was faulty as the nozzle wouldn't turn and it felt empty. Anyway, I sent it back to them at great expense as they advised and they have taken 3 weeks to reply to say that there was nothing wrong with it and despite the fact that four adults tried to turn the nozzle they say it was perfectly fine and therefore wont be refunding my money (or the cannister). I am now left about £50 out of pocket for this with no balloons or cannister! My advice to anyone wanting to buy a helium cannister online is avoid this company entirely, they were rude, unhelpful and the product doesn't work!!!! Oh, and the reason they wouldn't refund the money is because we had opened the box!!!!
