New here so please be kind!
So am getting married soon and we plan a very low key wedding. We're both not young people and it's my partner's second marriage so we're both really not fussy and DO NOT want a big event.
The plan so far is go to the register's office with our two witnesses and then go somewhere to have lunch/dinner with our friends and family (about 12-15 people). Question is I don't know whether to make this into just a meal or have like a couple of speeches etc. What would you guys do? Do we make guests pay for their food/drink? Or should we pay for everything?
Do I carry a posy at the register's office?
Any helpful ideas are welcome......
