Where are all the food to order places gone?

Planning a children's party and was going to order food from waitrose. But most of the made to order items are shown as "sold out"... Then tried M&S on Ocado and the choices are so very limited - no sandwiches even!

Tesco and Sainsbury's don't seem to do food to order at the moment.

Any tips on where to get reasonably simple food delivered for a party?

You're welcome but if the food is only for the children, I'd definitely make it yourself. In my experience, they barely touch it as they're more interested in playing - bar the biscuits and cake of course
