Best doll house

Looking for suggestions for doll houses. I'd really like to get one for my soon to be 3 year old / that she can keep forever...maybe pass onto her children...

So not really in a budget for this one...

I was thinking of the Hape All Seasons as a back up but I'd like something unique and not so commercial ....

I bought this one for my DD who is a similar age. I think it's gorgeous and can be used by friends/siblings at the same time as there are four rooms on a level
