How do you British people view Trick or Treat?
Is it only an American tradition or is it also a tradition in your household?
Do you take your children Trick or Treating?
Do you view it the same way as Easter or Christmas?

My husband (who is British) objects to this "holiday" day, says it is just another way for the card industry to make money. I can see his point, and I do agree with him.
However I am in it for the fun of it because I am sad and I love sweeties traditions.

I see it as totally american, completely just for the trade to m,ake money out of us.

BUT we do it every year as I also love sweets

I'm with Mr Maisemor. My DD won't be going out demanding sweets with menaces if I can possibly help it.
